The Life Transforming Diet Diary and Chart

The Personal Ledgers are pivotal to the success of our system. It is often the difference between short-term results and long-term success. It only takes a few minutes each night to keep track of your progress and you will gain valuable insight into how you deal with your food-challenges each day.

  • The first row of the Ledgers has a space for the Summary Statement of your choice.
  • The second row allows you to list your Weekly Weight and Weekly total, including the stage of the program.
  • The next several rows list each principle and provide columns for each day’s results.
  • You will notice that one of these lines is highlighted. This represents the particular principle which you are placing specific emphasis that week
  • The last rows are your notes and resolutions.
  • You will only need to enter a 0 or 1 in the boxes and calculate weekly totals.
  • Only write a maximum of three words in the notes section.
